How to Setup Martial Arts Scoring Wi-Fi PRO


Follow these steps to download and install Martial Arts Scoring Wi-Fi Client - PRO for Android


Before You start:
* If you already downloaded the application in your mobile we recommend to uninstall it first;
* Make sure you have Android devices that works with Google Play;

Step by Step Setup:

Instalation - (just one time for any device)

  • Step 1 – Choose any of your mobile devices you like to registre with Martial Arts Scoring Wi-Fi Server PRO
  • Step 2 – Uninstall any old version if you already downloaded the application in this device.
  • Step 4 - Sign in to the Google Play Store app using your Google user account in order to download the Martial Arts Scoring Wi-Fi Client.
  • Step 5 – Using your device, download the Martial Arts Scoring Wi-Fi Client PRO on the Google Play Store.

Registration
  • Step 6 – Start Scoring Wi-Fi PRO Server (if it's not already started) and open the Referee Admin Console.
  • Step 7 – Open Martial Arts Scoring Wi-Fi PRO Client.
  • Step 8 – Enter your user name (Referee Name) when the application asks for it
  • Step 9 – There you will be presented with an option to registre with your server.
  • Step 10 – Scan with your mobile the QR code from the Referee Admin Console page.
  • End Registration.

Important Notes: Scoring Wi-Fi client does not requiers any license. The server is managing the application licensing

Changing the Server IP Address for Martial Arts Scoring Wi-Fi PRO Client


Before You start:
- You already have a Martial Arts Scoring Wi-Fi PRO Client instaled and configured. .

Step by step:

  • Step 1. On your Mobile Referee Application, Go to Settings -> QR Code registration
  • Step 2. Scan the QR code from the server 'Referee Admin Console' page
  • Step 3. After update, the Martial Arts Scoring Wi-Fi PRO Client will load the buttons layout from the Server.
  • Step 4. Enjoy it.

Important Notes:
If you mobile is successfully registered but you fails to score points, check the server ‘Referee Admin Console’ and make sure your mobile is not disabled
If the server IP address is correct and the server connection fails you have a Server, a Client or Wi-Fi Access Point connectivity problem

  • a. If other users can connect, restart your mobile and try again. Be sure your mobile is connected to the same WIFI Access Point and there is no firewall that the communication between your mobile and the server.
  • b. If the other users cannot connect too, than restart your server and try again.
  • c. If your Access point supports dual mode (2.5G and 5G), deactivate one mode and connect all devices to the same Access Point using the same protocol.
  • If the problem is not resolved, please request a network technician help to check and debug your network connection, your wireless configurations, your WIFI Access Point.

Changing the Referee Name and details


Before You start:
- You already have a Martial Arts Scoring Wi-Fi PRO Client instaled and configured. .

Step by step:

  • Step 1. On your server, Go to menu Referee Admin Centre -> Referee Admin Console
  • Step 2. Update the Referee Name
  • Step 3. Close the window
  • Step 4. Enjoy it.

Important Notes:
If successful, the new Referee Name will be displayed in the referees list at the top of the main screen.
The referees list is not shared between servers in a multi server configuration.
